MESA, Ariz. — Marlins prospect Brian Anderson slugged this long home run during a night game at the Arizona Fall League in October, 2016. Anderson, a Miami Marlins farmhand, was at the time a member of the Mesa Solar Sox — and this was one of his five long balls in that fall season, a clip good enough to lead the team.

One of the Marlins’ best prospects, Anderson opened spring training 2017 in Miami’s big league camp and figures to play a larger role with the big league club in 2018, if not a bit sooner.
